I live in Colorado with my humorous “number-counting” engineering husband (a fellow instructor and Master 6th degree black belt), my beautiful 18-yr. old “humorous” son, and two furry cats who do nothing but shed as if “each day was/is shedding season”.
I adore martial arts workouts at the 4th degree black belt instructor level. I absolutely feel jazzed when I complete my daily runs: following nights with gym workouts including intensive kicking drills, Taekwondo forms, weights, and rowing.
